Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for credit purchases on Seedance 1.5 Pro. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Credit Purchases
Seedance 1.5 Pro operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are consumed when you generate videos. Except as described in this policy, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable once credits have been delivered to your account.
2. Eligible Refunds
We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
Duplicate charges for the same order.
Technical failure on our platform that prevented credits from being added to your account after a successful payment.
Unauthorized transactions reported promptly with sufficient evidence.
Other exceptional cases where we determine a refund is fair and appropriate.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for:
Credits that have already been used or partially used.
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated video quality, style, or output (including artifacts or model limitations).
Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service, including the prohibition of NSFW or illegal content.
Change of mind after credits have been successfully delivered to your account.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@seedance15.net within 14 days of the transaction. Include your account email, order or payment reference, transaction date, and a clear description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–14 business days to appear on your statement. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first so we can resolve issues quickly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
