By accessing or using Seedance 1.5 Pro 's AI video generation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Seedance 1.5 Pro provides an advanced AI text-to-video and image-to-video generation service powered by Seedance 1.5 Pro. The model can create multi-shot, cinematic videos with consistent characters, dynamic camera movement, diverse styles, and output resolutions up to 4K.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Seedance 1.5 Pro may be used only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service, generate harmful or illegal content, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the platform. Comply with applicable laws and platform policies when submitting prompts, reference images, or videos.

Seedance 1.5 Pro operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate videos and must be purchased through our payment system. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Credits do not expire but may be subject to account closure policies.

You retain rights to the prompts, reference images, and videos you upload. You grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the service (including abuse detection and quality improvements). Generated videos belong to you; we do not use them for external marketing without permission.

You may not use Seedance 1.5 Pro to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI models or platform. Commercial use of generated videos may be subject to additional terms.

Seedance 1.5 Pro is an AI-powered service and may not always produce perfect results. Generated videos may contain artifacts, inconsistencies, hallucinations, or unexpected elements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated videos for any particular purpose.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Seedance 1.5 Pro , its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Seedance 1.5 Pro regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
